Short, fair, and in plain English — the way terms should be. Last updated: 19 July 2026.
NoFooly is operated by Wayne Conyers ("we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. By using nofooly.com or the NoFooly app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service — no hard feelings.
NoFooly gives people and small businesses an AI-assisted team — tools for planning, content, jobs and day-to-day business work. Parts of the service are in early access: features may change, improve or occasionally break while we build. We'll always be straight with you about what state things are in.
Don't use NoFooly to:
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
What you create stays yours. You give us the licence we need to store, process and display it so the service can function — nothing more. AI-assisted output is generated for you; check it before you rely on it, because AI can be wrong and the final call is always human.
Some features use data from third-party and public sources (for example public company registers and job boards). That data belongs to its sources, arrives "as is", and may carry its own terms. We pass on no more rights in it than we have.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions made on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using NoFooly and ask us to delete your account at any time via hello@nofooly.com. We can end or suspend the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious misuse.
We may update these terms; material changes get flagged on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@nofooly.com.
